You can even pack your mods up into a single file and share them with others, where they can then add it to the mod manager's list with a click of a button! They can then install\uninstall as desired, or delete the mod entirely. It also comes equipped with a built-in mod manager. The program is called Nova Chrysalia, and it is meant to be a modding suite with tools to handle the converting\unpacking\decrypting of various file formats.
For those that may be interested in modding the XIII series (either using them, or making them) I am officially releasing a new program that I think might help simplify a lot of things for everyone involved.
